Downtown St. Joseph’s annual Memorial Day Parade will take place Friday, May 25th beginning at Noon. This year’s parade, sponsored by Frank and Shar Walsh will begin at Lake Boulevard and Park Street, commence north on Lake Boulevard ending at the John E. N. Howard Band Shell for a Ceremony.

St. Joseph Today has worked hard to focus the Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony honoring ALL Veterans. 2007’s Parade will include Veterans from WWII, Korea, Vietnam and all other veterans who served during conflicts and peace time. Soldiers who recently served in the Middle East will be this year’s Honorary Marshall's, escorted by the Blue Star Mothers.

Immediately following the parade, approximately 12:30 p.m., will be the “Honoring Those Who Served” Ceremony at the John E. N. Howard Band Shell. Pat Moody will be the emcee of the ceremony. The ceremony will feature:
