BCYF.org is the official website of the Berrien County Youth Fair, in Berrien Springs Michigan. For over 50 years, families have made a tradition out of attending the Berrien County Youth Fair. Blossomtime Festival
Held on the first Saturday in May the Grand Floral Parade now lasts some two hours and boasts of over 125 units including floats bands clowns costumed characters antique cars and tractors and many other special units including the famed Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Motorcycle Drill Team celebrating their 47th consecutive appearance leading the parade. Participants and spectators come from all over the Midwest. The parade now hosts 250000 spectators annually. It is telecast live regionally by W N D U Television the NBC affiliate from South Bend IN. and is broadcast by W S J M radio of Benton Harbor and receives coverage by many newspapers and magazines.

Countryside Academy
Countryside Academy serves the children of the area at two Benton Township sites. The main campus at 4800 Meadowbrook Rd. features computer technology labs, gymnasium (for physical education, sports, and other activities) greenhouse, and a agri-science lab. Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan
The Human Society of Southwestern Michigan exists to provide shelter and care for sick, homeless, abused and unwanted animals. We also provide adoption services for the animals in our care.
To help us obtain this goal, we have the following in place: - To infrom and educate the public about the responsibilities of caring for a companion animal.
- To work with groups and individuals to bring about a better understanding and appreciation for both animal and human life.
- To promote the many benefits and rewards of pet ownership.
- To promote and support humane education.
- To provide humane care to all animals that are entrusted to the shelter's care.
- To administer and regulate policies to faciltate pet adoption.
- To promote spay/neuter assistance programs in our community in an effort to reduce the number of unwanted animals in our community.
The Humane Society of Southwestern Michigan is a 501-C3 Non-Profit Organization. We do not receive any county, state or federal funding. Nor do we receive any monies from any other animal organizations.

Silver Beach Carousel
The Silver Beach Carousel is located just below the bluff in Silver Beach Center in downtown St. Joseph. The Carousel includes 48 hand-carved, hand-painted figures and is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday from Noon to 10 p.m. during teh summer season. You only need one token to ride the carousel. Token prices are as follows:
