Hot air balloon rides, music, the smell of grapes in the air, harvest festivals are a time to celebrate the rewards of the summer’s labors. Summer is almost over, but there is still a lot to look forward to. At Lemon Creek Winery, we will be celebrating the season with award winning wines and live music!
Entrance fee for the festival will be $5.00 for those 21 years and older. The fee will include admission, a souvenir wine glass and a tasting ticket worth five wine tastings.
A family friendly event, this year’s festivities will include music by P. T. and The Cruisers, a Rock and Roll band out of South Bend, Indiana, along with a dance contest and a Hoola Hoop contest to be judged by the band!
In addition to the wine and music, a raffle will be held to support the Special Olympics program, through Southwest Michigan’s Blossom Land Learning Center.
Raffle tickets are $5.00 per person, with a $9.00 couple ticket.
The raffle will enter you for a chance to win one of many prizes including a 60 foot tethered hot air balloon ride at Lemon Creek Winery the day of the festival weather permitting! Other prizes will include:
-Dinner for 2 at Baroda Tap in Baroda, Mi.
-Hotel stay for 1 night at the Candlewood Suites in Stevensville, MI.
-2 Seats on wine tour bus or Wino-O-Wagon from Fruitful Vines Wine Tours
-2 tickets to the St. Joseph Symphony Society in St. Joseph, Mi.
-2 tickets to a show from the Twin City Players.
Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase food by the Outdoor Kitchen including grilled food and the Harvest Festival’s famous corn on the cob.
Coolers are not permitted, but blankets and chairs are encouraged.
