Provides approximately a quarter mile of frontage on the south side of the St. Joseph River adjacent to the downtown area. It is heavily used during the Venetian Festival and as a broadside moorage during the Tri-State Regatta. A great place to take the kids and feed the ducks. The Howard Recreation Trail passes through the arboretum
